We operate a minimum order value of £500 inc VAT, and all qualifying orders include FREE Delivery.

Minimum Order, Delivery and Payment

Ornamental Aquatics Wholesale operates a minimum order value of £500 including VAT. All qualifying orders include free delivery.

To help ensure timely delivery, please place orders online by 4pm on Thursday for delivery the following Thursday. Orders are delivered by licensed courier DX, before 1pm.

Payment may be made at checkout or by BACS. Approved business customers may be offered 30-day payment terms.

Invoice Payment Terms

This policy sets out the payment terms for customers purchasing goods or services from Ornamental Aquatics Wholesale using invoice payment.

Our standard payment term is 30 days from the invoice date. We aim to maintain clear, consistent and fair payment practices while ensuring that invoices are paid promptly within the agreed terms.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all invoices issued by Ornamental Aquatics Wholesale must be paid within 30 calendar days of the invoice date.

Customers who fail to make payment within this period will automatically have their account placed on stop until the outstanding balance has been resolved.

Fish Sizes

All fish sizes listed on our website are approximations. We always strive to supply fish that are as close as possible to the sizes advertised.

Ornamental Aquatics Wholesale DOA Policy

Please ensure that you have read and understood our DOA policy before placing an order.

Livestock DOA claims must be submitted by 5pm on the day of delivery (Thursday). When submitting a claim, please provide:

  • The number of fish affected
  • The species affected
  • Supporting photographs

Successful claims will be credited to your account.
